The results of the inspection are provided in a detailed report, which includes recommendations and general estimates for necessary repairs. The reports are emailed within 2-3 business days; hard copies are provided upon request.

Typically an inspection will take 1-2 hours; the cost will range from $400-$900, depending on the size and type of structure inspected and specifications of the report. Although not required, we recommend clients be present so that problems can be addressed
on-site and any questions or concerns can be discussed.
